• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
• Valid government-issued photo identification is required at check-in
• Credit card presented must match the name on the reservation

5.3 Cancellation and Modification

• Cancellation policies vary by rate and season
• Standard cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before arrival to avoid charges
• No-shows will be charged for the full stay
• Special promotional rates may be non-refundable
• Group bookings have separate cancellation terms

5.4 Payment

• Payment is due at time of booking or check-in as specified
